Why does it make sense, to take time for this journey? During our busy days, we often forget to take at least a few minutes to ground ourselves and re-center. We react rather than acting on our own terms. One appointment follows the next and at the end of the day, we might have managed to get everything done but still forget, to check in with ourselves, how we feel and what it is that we really need right now.
This journey invites you to always return to yourself – no matter what the circumstances. It invites you, to become more resistant and to do more of what you really want, instead of just functioning. It invites you to be in your own rhythm rather than moving according to other people’s beat.
