What you can expect:

  • 30 minute online group class via Zoom, every Wednesday 13:30-14.00 hrs CET
  • A mix of breathing exercises, nervous system- and bodywork which relaxes and re-energizes you.

5,95 EUR incl. VAT per session or 9,99 EUR incl. VAT per month with a subscription, (can be cancelled monthly)

Your space holder

Since learning about how my nervous system functions, how it reacts in stressful situations and why it is so important to make time for regeneration, regular breaks have become even more important to me. Through conscious breaks I have been more resistant to stress and feel more energized.

While I used to push through, spending the lunchbreak eating infront of my desktop, I am now taking dedicated time for conscious eating and breathing exercises, or somatic exercises which give my body the natural breaks which it needs.

According to nature, our system alternates approx. every 90 minutes between an active and a rest & digest mode. By learning how to use this natural break for us, instead of pushing through by caffeine intake or other stimulants, we can be sustainably healthier and feel more energized in the long run.

I feel more relaxed and energized and can deal much better with stressful situations by taking conscious breaks. Learn more about my journey.
