Once a month, we meet online for collective nervous system work. You’ll learn how to calm, stabilize, and nourish your system from within –
all without pressure, but in connection with yourself.

  • 60-minute online class in a group via Zoom, on the last Wednesday of the month
  • A mix of breathing exercises, nervous system- and bodywork which relaxes and re-energizes you.

Hi, I am Susann. I’m glad you’re here.

Working with the nervous system is, for me, the key to managing intense emotions and stress – and therefore also to living a freer, more fulfilling life.

“I don’t trust my body,” I once told a friend.
Because that’s how it often was: overwhelmed by symptoms, panic, complete helplessness – powered by emotions and confusing bodily signals.

Since I understood how my nervous system works, how it reacts in moments of stress, and why regeneration is so essential, my whole life has changed.

Today I know: This doesn’t have to be a permanent state.
Small, practical exercises that reconnect us—with the body, the breath, the moment—can make a huge difference.

This practice has helped me strengthen my stress resilience, support myself better, and live life with greater self-determination.

What is nervous system work?

Our nervous system is like the operating system of our body – it influences how we feel, think, act, and deal with stress.

When it’s overwhelmed, we quickly slip into states of tension, exhaustion, or emotional withdrawal. Nervous system work addresses exactly this: it helps you reconnect with yourself – through the body, the breath, and conscious awareness.

It’s not about performance or self-optimization, but about strengthening your inner balance, feeling safe in your body, and being able to regulate yourself more effectively – especially in challenging moments.

With practical, everyday exercises, you’ll learn to recognize stress patterns, better understand your reactions, and develop new ways of self-care.

This work is gentle – yet powerful and lasting. It strengthens your sense of self-efficacy: you learn how to regulate yourself or intentionally create spaces for co-regulation when you need them.

No. My offerings are designed so that you can start right away – whether you’re completely new or already have experience with mindfulness, bodywork, or breathwork.

We start with a brief check-in, then I guide you through carefully selected breath, body, or awareness exercises. You’ll also receive science-based knowledge on stress, the nervous system, breathing, and more. Each session is tailored to your current nervous system and needs — without pressure, at your own pace.

Nervous system work affects everyone differently. Many feel the effects after just a few minutes, and after several sessions often experience clarity, calm, or connection. Lasting change takes time – but with every exercise, you’ll learn more about yourself and your nervous system.

My work is not therapy in the traditional sense. It does not replace psychotherapy. It is a body-based, preventive method for stress regulation and self-care.
